So I’m Charlie Twist.

That’s not my real name in case you thought it was, if you did you’d not be the first but I digress.

I’m Charlie Twist. This is my site. I’m 26, live in Melbourne city with my two cats and my housemate-partner-friend-person. It’s complicated ok?

I was once a reasonably skilled artist but then I moved out of home, decided to do the sensible thing and not study fine arts but rather get a ‘real job’. 8 years later I have come to the conclusion that real jobs suck and I’m going back to school to follow my damned heart…

Oh, and that my friends rule beyond anything!

The first few weeks of posts will mostly be old works, stuff from previous years that I’m putting up so it’s easily locatable. mostly to remind me of what I’m capable of when I want to quit or have fallen intot he trap of saying I can’t.  After that I’ll be updating as regularly as possible with sketches etc
